ALICI: FlowAuto hizmetine üye olan ve ödeme yapan gerçek veya tüzel kişi. Alıcının üyelik sırasında bildirdiği e-posta ve iletişim bilgileri bu sözleşmenin ayrılmaz parçasıdır.

2. Sözleşmenin konusu

Bu sözleşme, Alıcı'nın Satıcı'ya ait internet sitesi üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiği, aşağıda nitelikleri ve satış fiyatı belirtilen dijital abonelik hizmetinin satışı ve ifası ile ilgili olarak 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri gereğince tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini düzenler.

3. Hizmetin nitelikleri ve bedeli

FlowAuto, kullanıcının kendi hesapları üzerinden görsel ve video üretim akışlarını yürütmesini sağlayan, masaüstünde çalışan bir yazılım ve buna bağlı abonelik planlarından oluşur. Planlar ve kapsamları sitenin fiyatlandırma bölümünde güncel olarak yayımlanır.

Tüm fiyatlar TL cinsinden ve KDV dahil gösterilir.
Abonelik bedeli, seçilen dönem (aylık/yıllık) için peşin tahsil edilir.
Kargo veya teslimat ücreti yoktur; hizmet elektronik ortamda sunulur.

4. Ödeme

Ödemeler, sitede entegre edilen ödeme kuruluşunun güvenli altyapısı üzerinden kredi veya banka kartı ile yapılır. Kart bilgileri Satıcı tarafından görülmez, saklanmaz ve işlenmez; doğrudan ödeme kuruluşuna iletilir.

5. İfa şekli ve süresi

Ödeme onayının ardından hesabınıza tanımlı plan en geç 1 saat içinde otomatik olarak etkinleşir. Fiziksel teslimat söz konusu değildir. Teknik bir aksaklık nedeniyle plan etkinleşmezse Satıcı bedeli iade eder veya süreyi telafi eder.

6. Cayma hakkı

Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15/1-(ğ) uyarınca, elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen hizmetlerde tüketicinin onayı ile ifaya başlanması hâlinde cayma hakkı kullanılamaz. Buna rağmen Satıcı, iyi niyet gereği satın alma tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde, hizmet önemli ölçüde kullanılmamışsa koşulsuz iade yapar. 7. Genel hükümler

Alıcı, siparişi onaylamakla bu sözleşmenin tamamını okuduğunu ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder.
Alıcı, hizmeti yürürlükteki mevzuata ve üçüncü kişi platformlarının kullanım şartlarına aykırı biçimde kullanmayacağını kabul eder.
Satıcı, mücbir sebep hâllerinde ifayı durdurabilir ve bu süre kadar abonelik süresini uzatır.

8. Yetkili merci

Uyuşmazlıklarda Ticaret Bakanlığı'nca ilan edilen parasal sınırlar çerçevesinde Alıcı'nın yerleşim yerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

BUYER: Any natural or legal person who subscribes to the FlowAuto service and makes a payment. The e-mail address and contact details provided by the Buyer during registration form an integral part of this agreement.

2. Subject of the agreement

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and performance of the digital subscription service described below, ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. Service description and price

FlowAuto consists of desktop software that lets users run image and video generation workflows through their own accounts, together with the related subscription plans. Plans and their scope are published and kept up to date in the pricing section of the website.

All prices are shown in TL and include VAT.
The subscription fee is charged in advance for the selected period (monthly/yearly).
There are no shipping or delivery charges; the service is provided electronically.

4. Payment

Payments are made by credit or debit card through the secure infrastructure of the payment institution integrated into the website. Card details are never seen, stored or processed by the Seller; they are transmitted directly to the payment institution.

5. Performance and timing

Once the payment is confirmed, the plan assigned to your account is activated automatically within 1 hour at the latest. No physical delivery is involved. If the plan is not activated because of a technical problem, the Seller refunds the fee or compensates the lost period.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form once performance has started with the consumer's approval. Even so, in good faith the Seller grants an unconditional refund within 14 days of the purchase date provided the service has not been used to a significant extent. 7. General provisions

By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement in full.
The Buyer agrees not to use the service in breach of applicable legislation or the terms of use of third-party platforms.
In cases of force majeure the Seller may suspend performance and will extend the subscription period accordingly.

8. Competent authority

Disputes are handled, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence.
